Dr. Oscar Alvarado is a chiropractor who graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 2018, where he was honored with the Dr. Lester McCoy Clinical Excellence Award.
Prior to completing his doctorate, he attended Point Loma Nazarene University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in the joint major of Biology and Chemistry.
During his undergraduate studies, he participated in research that allowed him to be published in the Journal of Natural Products. Since completing his doctorate, he has worked at the university and in clinical practice where he has gained vast experience in both student development and patient care.
His passion revolves around a patient-centered and diagnostic focused profession. When he is not teaching or caring for patients, he loves to exercise, play his musical instruments, go on adventures with his wife and dogs, and try new restaurants.
